What to Expect
Fifteen tents total, and every stay gets checked against real availability, not a database showing rooms that were already gone last week. Send your dates, party size, and tent preference, and what comes back within 48 hours is a proposal built specifically around them: your tent, your nights, real numbers from the Rates and Inclusions page, and anything else you want folded in.
Once you're ready, a 25% deposit secures it, with full payment due 30 days before arrival. Nothing about that first message locks you in. It just tells you, honestly, whether the dates you want are still open.
