Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations, reductions in length of stay, or reductions in party size are subject to the following fees, calculated against the total booking value: 90 to 30 days before arrival: 10%; 30 to 15 days before arrival: 25%; 15 to 3 days before arrival: 50%; less than 3 days before arrival: 100%.

How to Cancel

All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to bookings@theelephantoasis.com. Any bank charges incurred on a refund are deducted from the amount returned.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover, given the notice periods above.

Cancellation by The Elephant Oasis

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any amounts paid.
